​There are a large number of companies out there that want to sell phones systems but how do you know what is best for your company?
Look for a company that is established and has a great service record. There are companies that sell phones over the internet, send the system to you and let you figure out how to make it function. Perhaps you may get it working but it has a few quirks. Do you limp along with it? You may have saved money but at what cost to your business?
Finding a phone/communications company where Service is their primary foundation is the key to a successful outcome.
  • Does your provider give you multiple ways to contact them for service?
  • Do they have 24/7 service available?
  • Do they charge you every time you have an issue or change to be made?
  • Do they pre-test your network and internet circuit prior to installation?
  • If they are cloud based, do they have a reliable cloud service? How is it built?
  • Does the provider have industry awards and certifications indicating professionalism?
  • Do they provide training on-site, internet or train the trainer?
  •  Do they provide tools on their site to test your internet connection for VoIP or a status check of their cloud service?
One customer recounted a phone system that they purchased from an online business, believing that it could be self-installed, saving them money.
